The 54.6V 2A Electric Bike Charger is designed for 48V Lithium Batteries. It offers input voltage options of AC120V with a DC5.5MM Jack Connector, 3-Prong Inline Connector, and 3pin XLR Plug.
If the charger fails to charge your scooter, there could be several possible reasons:
- The charger is incompatible with your electric bike.
- Due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries, your battery may be damaged, especially if it has been used for over 12 months or left unused for 2-3 months.
- If the green light remains on after connecting the electric bike, it suggests a mismatch between the positive/negative connectors of the charger and scooter, resulting in no power transfer.
- If the light turns off after connecting the electric bike, it could be due to an internal short circuit, triggering the charger's self-protection function. You should check and replace the electric bike battery.

Do not use this charger for Lead Acid batteries. It is suitable only for 36V batteries, not 24V or lower.
The charger offers three types of connectors: 3-Prong Inline Connector (0.49 inch), DC5.5MM Jack Connector, and 3pin XLR Plug. The maximum output is 54.6V 2A, suitable for 13S 48V Li-ion batteries.
