If your scooter does not charge, there could be a few possible reasons:
- The charger is not compatible with your electric bike.
- Due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries, your battery may be damaged, especially if it has been used for more than 12 months or left unused for 2-3 months.
- If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but the light does not turn red after connecting the electric bike, it could be because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors on the charger do not match those of your scooter, preventing power transfer. Try connecting the charger to your scooter using different interfaces.
- If the green light goes out after connecting the electric bike, it may be due to an internal short circuit in the electric bike, causing the charger's self-protection function to activate. In this case, you should check your electric bike's battery and replace it if necessary.
NOTICE: 1. If you receive a broken item, do not use it, and simply return it. 2. If the item does not work, feel free to return it. 3. This item is only suitable for 48V lithium batteries.
