Razor E-Bikes and Dirt Bike Charger for MX350 and MX400
This 24V 2A battery charger is compatible with a wide range of electric scooters and bikes, including Razor models such as the E100, E125, E150, E175, E200, E200S, E225, E275, E300, E300S, E325, E500, E500S, and PR200. It also works with the Pocket Mod, Mini Chopper, MX350, SX350, and MX400 dirt bike. Please note that this charger is not suitable for hoverboards or the E90 and Power Core E90 models.
The charger features an inline connector with a 3-prong female end, and it provides a 24V, 2A (48W) output. The input voltage is AC 100-120V (50/60Hz). It is also compatible with output specifications of 24V, 1.5A (36W).
The charger comes with indicator lights to display the charging status. A red light indicates that the battery is charging, while a green light signifies that the charging is complete. This charger also incorporates various advanced safety features, including short-circuit protection and over-voltage protection, to give you peace of mind when using it.
Please note that this charger is only suitable for lead-acid batteries and should not be used with hoverboards or the E90 and Power Core E90 models. Before purchasing, ensure that the connector of your old charger matches the one provided with this model.
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, do not use it to charge your battery. Instead, please contact the seller for a replacement or refund. It is recommended to use the products within one year, and the charging time should not exceed 12 hours. Charge the battery in a well-ventilated environment and avoid covering the charger.
There are a few potential reasons why the charger might not work after being connected to the power supply. First, the voltage and current of the charger may not match your battery's specifications, in which case you have purchased the wrong charger. Please provide the brand, model, and parameters of your electric bike or the original charger to ensure compatibility.
Secondly, if the battery has a limited lifespan, the charger may not work if the battery is damaged. This can happen if the battery is not used for more than 12 months or 2-3 months.
Finally, if the green light turns on when the power is connected, but the LED light does not turn red after the battery is connected, the connector may be loose or in poor contact. Try reinserting the plug to ensure a good connection.
This charger comes with a 12-month warranty. If you receive a broken item, please do not use it and contact the seller. We will either send you a replacement or provide a full refund.
